“We had a problem with storm damage to the roof of a house, we had a bigger problem with the Insurance Company, as they appeared to have an issue with liability. I was dealing with this and was making no progress. I spoke to Niall about it, all he needed was the policy document. He dealt with the claim form, the Insurance Company and had the claim settled in a matter of weeks.
